On Thursday we went to Sea World. I LOVE LOVE Sea World, Tye not so much!! The good news is that it was the same price to buy one day or season tickets. So.....Tye's lucky because he gets to go back before next January:) We had a blast and just to let nursing mothers out there know there are nursing stations at Sea World. So it was very easy to stop and feed Aydee Bug!!
The first show we saw was the sea lion, sea otter and walrus show. It is both mine and Tye's favorite so we wanted to make sure that we got to see it. Ayden seemed to really like it too. She watched the whole show. After the show we went to feed the sea lions. We didn't actually feed any but we watched other people. There was this one sea lion that came over to us and kept slapping the water with his flipper so we would feed him. It was really cute. This is Ayden watching the sea lions swim around and eat.
We did feed the dolphins though. This isn't the dolphin that we fed, Tye said that ours was missing an eye and was really old and ugly. But he swam over to me and just opened his mouth I had to feed him:)
This was one of the otters that was in the show. It was sooooo exhausted from performing.
We both also love Shamu!! I definitely think that Ayden loved Shamu the best. She again watched the whole show (except when she was staring at the Indian people behind us). She would throw her arms and legs and smile real big. We made sure to get her a little Shamu of her own to bring home.

Ok... now I wanna go to Sea World.. maybe we'll have to take a long weekend and go before long... :) It looks like sooo much fun... the Sea Lion and Walrus show was always my favorite .. :) and I LOVE all Sweetpea's cute little hats... you rock Mom.. :)

ReplyDeleteIt's so hard to believe she is old enough to #1 watch the shows and #2 ride on Ty's shoulders. She's growing up so fast.
