Lake Trip with the Masons

A couple weeks ago we spent the entire week at our favorite place on Earth the lake.  Tye and I love the lake and especially Lake LBJ.  We love swimming, boating and fishing.  We have passed this love down to our daughter at least.  She almost cried when we left and has already ask if we can go back.  It was just our family this time and I loved every minute of getting to spend time with Tye's parents, sisters and grandparents.  I grew up fishing.  I have been able to bait my own hook and take my fish off since I was Ayden's age.  My Dad is the best fisherman I know.  He can catch anything and some of the best childhood memories I have are fishing with my Daddy.  Ayden knows how much her Poppa likes to fish so the minute she caught her first one she wanted to call Poppa to tell him.  They were so cute and so excited about catching these little perch, so fun!!
 Tye finally caught one...
 A little slice of Heaven...
Mim and Grandaddy being so very sweet and sitting at the kids table just because Ayden and Ryan asked them too.  They are such good Great Grandparents.  We just love them so.
Ayden's actual birthday was on Wednesday while we were gone.  We got her a little cake at HEB and celebrated one more time.
Ayden opening up her new tap shoes from B & Shell.  Her face says it all!
Tye's Great Grandmother lives in an assisted living home in Burnet.  Ma will be 99 years old in October and is still just as fun as ever:)  It's always fun to stop in and surprise her with a visit.  She was so excited to see everyone and I definitely think we made her day!
