Happy 3rd Birthday Ryan!

My little boy is three years old today!  He has grown so much the last year.  This day three years ago I had such a wave of emotions.  First, I was beyond excited that I had a little boy.  He was beautiful.  He was the prettiest newborn I've ever seen.  He had a ton of hair, big eyes and long ears!  Second, my head hurt (which I found out two weeks later was a spinal headache).  Despite our rough start we have had an amazingly easy three years with this little boy!  In honor of his birthday today I went through and picked just a few pictures that I love!

Ryan has his Momma's heart BIG time.  He drives me crazy sometimes but then will come up to me grab my cheeks and say, "You're the best Mom.  You're my friend."  He will tell me that things are "bootiful."  He also will be kind to his sister and brother or burp and say excuse me then say, "I did it just for you Mom."   I love the way he runs.  He gallops around the house playing which consist of finding boxes or bags to fill up with smaller things.  His favorite things to eat are mac-n-cheese, muffins, peanut butter on a spoon and basically anything sweet!  Ryan and Ayden are best friends.  They play together all day with Myles toddling behind.  Ryan still sleeps with his cow and usually an array of other things laying beside his bed at night.   We laugh so hard at his "back-talking" because they are true statements.  My only response back is okay Bubs because he technically is right.  We just love this little boy so very much.  He brings so much laughter and joy to our home.  I am so thankful that he is mine to love and kiss and hug forever.  We love you Ryan Gregory and are so excited to watch you become a boy after God's own heart!
