We saw Santa today! He was so sweet and listened to every word my kids had to say. Myles was very nervous to talk at first so Ryan talked for him. It was so sweet. Ayden and Ryan both told Santa what they wanted and then Ryan told him that "Myles is my little brother and his favorite color is orange. So if you could bring him something that color that would just be great." Heart MELTED!
Sydney didn't like him...at all. She cried real big tears.
We call this her "silent cry." She does it all the time. She makes the crying face but no sound comes out. After the picture Tye kept asking her if she wanted to go see Santa again and EVERY time she would make this terrible face. So funny!!
*disclaimer: We laugh at the expense of our children all the time. If that makes us wrong...we don't want to be right.*
We did let her eat her candy cane after that which she thoroughly enjoyed. She was sticky and so was Ayden's hair. I'll leave that scenario to your imagination.
The other three couldn't get enough of this jolly man. Since there wasn't anyone in line behind us they went back for one more hug. By this point Myles decided that Santa was awesome and even initiated the hug!
