Our last days of summer were filled with rest and relaxation! I love traveling but I love just as much staying home and hanging out with my kids.
My boys love to give themselves Mohawks after they take a bath. Myles needed a haircut so his Mohawk was really HIGH and he loved it!
The kids love to paint and I let them do it quite often. Myles painted a picture of Tye's tractor and he did a great job!

The girls and I went to get pedicures after we spent a week at the lake and a week at the beach. Our feet look and feel much better!
The kids are always "rescuing" animals. They've saved baby birds, baby rabbits and several frogs from near death just in the last week. Mr. Turtle was no different. They spent an entire afternoon and evening taking this guy on adventures. I don't mind at all for them to do this as long as they treat the animal with respect and care. God made all things including the animals and we should take care of them. I've told them this their whole life and I was very happy to see that they even set up an umbrella for Mr. Turtle to have shade and not get too hot!
Summer, my favorite time of year, is officially over. School has started but the fun that we have will never end!
On to Fall we go!
