Summer is half over! Can anyone else believe that?!
We've had the best summer so far but it's not over yet. We are going to continue spending time together and soaking in all these last days of staying up late and sleeping in!
We've done lots and lots of swimming,
held "car-anculas" as Myles calls them,
got to use real cement to build a town in the gravel pit,
jumped on the trampoline in cool shades,
dressed really cute for church,
did swimming lessons for two weeks,
insisted that we do everything "by our-self" in swimming lessons,
learned how to use new tools with Daddy,
watched and helped Daddy build this beautiful covered pergola in our backyard,
built our own treasures...in our undies,
watched Netflix,
lost our first tooth,
contemplated life together or better yet how to improve our pirate ship,
and lastly, drew a lot of pictures of Jesus.
Our summer couldn't get happier or more relaxed as it's been so far.
We are so thankful!
