I haven't done a post in a while about my sweet little #3. He turned 2 1/2 in February and is well on his way to being a little boy instead of a toddler. I often wonder what life would be like if we had stopped at 2 (ahem..Tye) and I can guarantee it wouldn't be as much fun without him.
I love this little boy so very much.
Everything about Myles is great. He is really laid back and just happy most of the time. When he was born I remember being so nervous about being a mom to three, three and under. I knew life would be hectic and I prayed everyday for my baby. I prayed that whomever they were boy or girl that they would know they were loved and know that they had a place, a special place in our family.
Turns out I didn't have to carve out a place for him. He has established one all for himself. He is our comic relief in the midst of sometimes (well most of the time) chaos. He is the loving, warm, cuddly hug that I need just when I think I may lose it. He has the funniest questions, the most hilarious responses and the biggest smile (with all those shark teeth) I've ever seen.
He is growing up.
We love him. All of him. Every single part of his happy side, his mad side and everything in between. I still pray for my baby. Now I pray for strength and courage to be a man of God. I hope that he can stand for what he believes but hold on to the funny, sweet spirit that God has given him. Myles Lewis, you make our world brighter and happier and we thank God for you.
